Responsibility
-
helpdesk and first level application support on RMX application.
-
Receive incident reports, perform initial analysis, and provide guidance .

Basic troubleshooting, such as login issues, display errors, or problems with using various functions.

Resolve issues related to the Windows operating system, such as system boot failures or system slowdown/freezing problems.
-
Resolve issues related to SQL databases, such as malfunctioning or incorrect query results, or inability to connect to the database.
Qualification
-
Bachelor's degree or Vocational certificate in computer or other related fields.
-
1-2 years experience in application support on windows and SQL.
-
Have a knowledge with Windows OS and Basic network.

Basic understanding of database operations (e.g., MySQL).
