Our Web Applications: These are “satellite” products that complement, and interface with, any core insurance system (not only IIA). SMART e-Agent will transform any core system to be a Web-enabled engine. Brokers, agents or branches can be allowed to submit policies from anywhere/any time.

SMART e-Bancassurance fits into the banking environment with remote branch connection thru the bank’s intranet. With this web application, tellers can sell simple insurance products such as Motor Compulsory Policies or Personal Accident Policies.

SMART e-Surveyor, allows for remote tracking and enablement of the surveyors who are sent to accident sites. They receive their assignments, complete with policy details, on their PDA via GPRS. Before moving to the next assignment the claims, together with attached photos, will be transmitted back to H.O. for real time processing.

SMART e-Claims can operate with any core application and is also fully integrated with IIA and e-Surveyor. The claims center can process claims notifications thru the Internet. Branches can process multiple estimates and partial-payments.

SMART e-Garage allows car repairers to exchange pictures and details of damaged parts and replacement parts pricing data, in order to request job approval from the insurance company via the Internet.

SMART e-Broker, a web application for brokers, will select insurance packages from every contractual insurer to fit to the customer’s requirements and submit a real-time application to the selected insurer.

SMART e-Hospital, allows for a patient’s policy coverage to be checked thru a web services gateway. The billing, together with relevant medical information, can all be securely sent thru the Internet.

SMART e-Client, as a part of your commercial web-site, this cyber-agent will bring new customers to you. Automatic processes, from quotation thru payment, and low transaction costs are the criteria for success in this market segment.
