Qualifications for all position :-

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, AIS, MIS or related fields.
• Good communication in Thai and English
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Strong Service mindset to satisfy customer needs
• Team player, pleasant and enthusiastic personality with good interpersonal skills

We are looking for the following positions:

SAP Consulting Team:
- FI / CO
- BW / BO
- SAP HR
- BPC
- Basis
- ABAP

Specific qualifications for SAP Consultant Team :-
• 3-7 years experience in SAP Implementation related module.
• Experience in at least 1 full cycle project implementations - capable in conducting requirements analysis, process design, configuration, training, testing and support

Software Development Team:
- Senior Developer / Architect
- Business Analyst
- System Analyst
- Database Designer
- Technical Leader

Specific qualifications for Senior Software Developer / Architect :-
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate proposed system.
• Understand what technical issues are key to success
• Work with the Project Manager to accomplish the project objectives.
• Analyze user requirements.
• Identify areas for software development and modification and impact analysis.
• Code development as per the technical specification and software development methodology.
• Test and fine errors in the modules that have been developed.
• Correct software defects.

Specific qualifications for Business Analyst :-
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate proposed system.
• Work with the Project Manager to accomplish the project objectives.
• Understand business process management and business requirements of the clients and translate them to specific software requirements to be able to be transformed into application and operational requirements.
• Make sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.
• Document and analyze the required information and data.
• Understand the technical designs as well as the specifications.
• Evaluate the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
• Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.

Specific qualifications for System Analyst :-
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate proposed system.
• Work with the Project Manager to accomplish the project objectives.
• Translate client requirements into technical specification.
• Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
• Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as developer, networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.

Specific qualifications for Database Designer :-

• Collect information to analyze and evaluate proposed system.
• Understand what technical issues are key to success
• Work with the Project Manager to accomplish the project objectives.
• Map out the conceptual design for a planned database in outline.
• Defines the schema which contains the structure of the data in the application.
• Consider both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users.
• refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model.
• Interact continuously with the System Analyst to understand the data in the system and its use.

Specific qualifications for Technical Leader :-
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate proposed system.
• Understand what technical issues are key to success
• Work with the Project Manager to accomplish the project objectives.
• Work with the clients and help them envision the solution value, and how it will benefit them in the longer term
• Provide consultancy for the Integration/ Infrastructure architects, the end product of a IT solution.
• Suggest alternatives to better the solution and alleviate the challenge/ issue being addressed.

HR Consulting Team:
- HR Application Functional Consultant
- PeopleSoft Senior Functional Consultant
- PeopleSoft Senior Technical Consultant

Qualifications for HR Consulting Team :-
• Positive outlook: willingness to take on new responsibilities and able to rapidly assimilate relevant technologies/business processes.
• Management skills: understands, or is willing to learn, business requirements and drive teams towards execution of the business direction
• Leadership skills: able to inspire a “can do” attitude, leading high performing teams to achieve assignments within budget and timeline
• Willingness to share knowledge and build up team knowledge
• Positive thinking: able to thoroughly analyze issues and provide possible solutions
• Professional ethics: exhibit integrity, honesty, reliability and the ability to distinguish between personal and work priorities
• Excellent presentation, customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion/negotiation skills.
• English language ability is a requirement, fluency is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and ability to think independently.
• Ability to work both independently or collaboratively in teams.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Specific qualifications for HR Application Functional Consultant :-
• Good knowledge in HR business processes.
• Preferred: Good knowledge in main HR functionality e.g. Organization Structure, Employee Data, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Knowledge of HR IT applications preferable.
• Ability to presale and estimate project effort.
• Able to take up and complete following main responsibilities in coordination with teams and other concerned parties
• Provide operational support for HR projects and outsourcing services.
• Requirement gathering.
• Business process and functionality design.
• System configuration.
• Security design.
• Develop functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical team during development stage.
• Perform unit test.
• Work closely with users during user acceptance test.
 

Specific qualifications for People Soft Functional Consultant :-
• Good knowledge in HR business processes.
• Preferred: Good knowledge in PeopleSoft functionality e.g. Workforce Administration, Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll.
• Alternatively, knowledge of other similar applications - such as SAP, Oracle, Sunfish - will be considered.
• Ability to presale and estimate project effort.
• Able to take up and complete following main responsibilities in coordination with teams and other concerned parties
• Provide operational support for PeopleSoft projects and outsourcing services.
• Requirement gathering.
• Business process and functionality design.
• System configuration.
• Security design.
• Develop functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical team during development stage.
• Perform unit test.
• Work closely with users during user acceptance test.

Specific qualifications for People Soft Technical Consultant :-
• Good knowledge in HR business processes.
• Good knowledge in PeopleSoft development tools such as SQL, SQR, Crystal Reports, People Tools, People Code, Component Interface, Application Engine, Application Designer, Process Scheduler, PS Query, Workflow, and PS Security.
• Ability to presale and estimate project effort.
• Able to take up and complete following main responsibilities in coordination with teams and other concerned parties

o Provide operational support for PeopleSoft projects and outsourcing services.
o Analyze functional specifications.
o Conduct technical design.
o Develop technical specifications.
o Provide estimation for development.
o Develop or fix programs using development tools Conduct initial unit test for development or bug.
o Work closely with users and/or functional consultants during unit test and user acceptance test.
