ViryaNet Signs Value Added Reseller Agreement with Freewill Solutions to Extend Presence to Thailand
SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 2004--ViryaNet (NasdaqSC: VRYA), a leading provider of integrated mobile and Web-based software applications for workforce management and the automation of field service delivery, today announced that it has signed a value added reseller (VAR) agreement with Freewill Solutions, a comprehensive knowledge solutions provider, located in Thailand. Freewill Solutions possesses a dominant position in the Thai securities brokerage and non-life insurance industry, with a focus on professional services, software development, e-business, and mobile solutions. Freewill Solutions also targets the manufacturing, retailing/consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications industries.

Under the terms of the agreement, Freewill Solutions will act as an independent VAR of ViryaNet Service Hub, and will market, sell, implement, and support ViryaNet Service Hub in a variety of industries in the Thai markets.
