Freewill satellite solutions, cumulatively, have a business process footprint that is largely equivalent to the functionality found in IIA: that is, they cover the entire business value chain of an insurance enterprise. In some instances, individual satellites, such as e-Surveyor, represent functionality beyond that which is found in a core system.
Our satellites can operate stand alone or, like the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, can slot together to inter-operate and, naturally, interface seamlessly with our IIA core solution. Built on open web standards, each satellite can also interface to any other open third party application.
All satellites were designed to improve business operations and client satisfaction:
- e-Agent, e-Bancassurance, e-Bancassurance Life, e-Broker and e-Client provide new channels to market for insurance companies; while e-Inspection erases the necessity of establish the location for meeting with new client.
- e-Surveyor and e-Claims reduce claims processing time and enhance customer satisfaction, whilst e-Garage and e-Auction bring more efficiency and cost savings to the claims operation.
- e-Hospital and MIS applications ease customer management.
