This client had engaged one of Sun Software vendor to implement its User Management and Directory Service. Due to the very rapid implementation timeframe (1 months) and the complexity in the integration of various system environments (both Hardwares and Applications), the project owner would like to seek for good quality and professional consultant to set out the project approach, methodology, and implementation plan.
Approach/ Solution
Freewill Solutions was hired to act as a project manager to govern the project scope of Directory Service Implementation.
Freewill’s consultant conducted an assessment of the project to understand the actual project status, technical requirements, and critical issues. The implementation plan was designed and the team was set up to implement the project. Documentations are key success factors in delivering the project: Requirement Specification, Configuration Notes, UAT Scripts and Test Results. |
