Background and business issue
One of the world’s top five cement and construction materials producers acquired as their Indian affiliate. After the acquisition, immediately began an SAP implementation that would become the largest in its history. The 1 year plus project would result in the simultaneous go live of 100+ sites across India.
The project sponsor requested Freewill Solutions conduct a “design phase” quality assurance review for this “mega project” to ensure that key issues were identified and management was aware of the project status.
Approach/ Solution
Freewill Solutions was hired to provide the following services :
- Conduct pre-plan project assessment
- Plan the project quality review including defining approach and templates for use
- Assess the results of the quality review and define priority action areas
- Present results of the quality review to the project sponsor and the project manager.
